Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made to order. As such, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your item. You may return it within 14 days for a replacement of equal value. In line with our Terms and Conditions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt. This allows us to adhere to our insurance policy with our delivery partners. We can only accept returns due to damage if the goods have been logged as damaged upon receipt and the couriers have been informed as per the terms. When you return a product to us, we will ship the replacement within 7 days. 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the right to cancel a contract and return products does not apply to any on-demand made-to-order products. However, you do have the right to reject any product that is faulty or not as described in our specifications. In this instance, we will offer a full refund excluding shipping once the goods are returned to us in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund monies within 30 days.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return a product, please contact us at wha@precisionproco.co.uk to initiate the return process. Ensure that the item is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
